Back Again!

Hey lovelies,

That came out so naturally! What a year this has been right? *insert meme about scratching 2020 out of life*.

Life has been happening and we have been handed all of it this year, I think that is the general feeling all round. The last time I posted something was almost a year ago and I have been recently challenged to pick the blog back up again seeing that it has been getting some eye traffic. So what have I been up to?

• I had a baby last year, she is 18 months now.
• Still at the same job (hard to get a new job during lock down).
• I am starting up a business , will tell you more later.
• I did another big chop and bleached my hair, to name a few.

So yes, I am now a mom of 2 and running a crazy loud household of girls whilst juggling work and a new 'business' and now I want to add blogging back in to the space.I honestly feel like this has always been my outlet and I am not into vlogging or anything YouTube(read video) related even though I have tried, there is just something about putting my face out there that does not feel natural to me except an occasional picture like above. In the mist of all the things that have been happening I guess I let everything blogging go and focused on family and work etc.

I hope this time around I stay ahead of myself and not run out of content, oh so God help me. I can't wait to share about my new hair journey since that is what gave birth to this blog and a whole lot of other things that we are juggling during lock down. Before I forget, I decided to be a little adventurous and come up with a business venture that makes and sell satin bonnets which will be expanded on later to other products . I will officially open the online store sometime in August once I have accumulated enough stock  and traction.
